Mechele Pellebon’s I Like You, But I Love Me

About, Link Exchanges & Contact

mechele pellebonAbout the Blog

Mix a healthy dose of Dr. Phil, sprinkled with two scoops of Iyanla Vanzant and Miss Manners and you’ll get “I Like You, But I Love Me.”

This blog represents the stories of a young foolish girl, who unknowingly allowed certain people to mistreat her repeatedly for the sake of love, career and friendship; and the woman she became when she got tired of making excuses and being a victim.

Have no fear old friends, exes and former foes. I write to help. Not to harm others, seek revenge or retaliate. (Loving me, doesn’t equate to hating you.) The purpose of this blog is to inspire, uplift and encourage women, not to bash men or spew venom and bitterness across the blogosphere.

As much as I would love to name names, I won’t.  But all of the years of joy and pain will be shared for the development of my readers here.

About the Writer

Mechele Pellebon is a full-time entertainment copywriter masquerading as a blogger. When she’s not selling her advertising and marketing wares to: film, television, music and literary clients, she lives the life fantastic with her darling husband and their pampered pooch, Binky.

The blog’s title references a children’s book written by the handsome and freckled-faced-rapper named Common. The subhead belongs to the writer.
